This notice explains how Tevana Medic Sdn Bhd [SSM NO.] handles your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you place an order at checkout or send us an enquiry, we collect:
- your name
- your phone number
- your email address
- your delivery address
- the messages you write to us
Enquiries about our therapies may include health information. We only store that information with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the enquiry form.
We do not store your card or bank details. Payments are handled by our payment provider.
Why we use it
- To fulfil your order, including payment, packing and delivery.
- To answer your enquiries.
- To keep the records the law requires of us.
Who we share it with
We share only what each party needs to do its job for us:
- our payment provider, to take payment
- our courier, to deliver your order
- our email provider, to send order and enquiry emails
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and its order records
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for seven years to meet tax and consumer law, and enquiry records for up to 24 months. Records past these periods are deleted on periodic review, and you can ask us to delete your enquiry earlier.
Your rights
Under sections 30 and 34 of the PDPA you may ask for access to the personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Write to us at the address below and we will reply within the time the Act allows.
Language
A Bahasa Malaysia version of this notice will be published before online payments are switched on.
