Shipping rates

We ship to two regions. The rate for your order is shown at checkout.

• Peninsular Malaysia
• Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of acceptance. Delivery then takes 2 to 5 working days in Peninsular Malaysia and 5 to 8 working days in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.

Returns

• Unopened supplements can be returned within 14 days of delivery. You pay the return postage.
• Opened products cannot be returned, for safety reasons.
• If your order arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it free of charge.

Refunds

Once we receive and check a return, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
